Privacy

maxyaport.com uses first-party analytics to understand whether pages are useful, what gets read, and what is broken. The analytics system is intentionally limited: no third-party analytics vendor, no ad targeting, no sale or sharing of personal information, no precise location or GPS storage, and no raw IP address storage.

Notice at collection

The site may collect internet activity data such as page views, event names, internal and outbound link clicks, downloads, referrer host, approximate city, state or region, country, campaign parameters, browser family, operating system family, device type, viewport and screen size, device pixel ratio, language, time zone, coarse connection type, save-data preference, display mode, color scheme, new versus returning visit status, engagement time, scroll depth, page exit timing, performance timings, Web Vitals, resource counts, copy/share event buckets, script errors, bot/tool classification, no-JavaScript page-view pixels, terminal command names, redacted terminal input text, command result metadata, redacted Mochi prompt text and response metadata, active terminal-session count for the terminal chrome, and any optional note you choose to submit through the homepage note box. It also uses first-party random browser and session identifiers so visits can be counted without storing names, emails, raw IP addresses, or raw user-agent strings.

Purpose

The data is used only to operate and improve this personal site: measuring real external visits versus owner visits, finding popular pages, understanding city/state-level audience patterns, measuring campaigns and referrers, debugging broken interactions, understanding downloads and outbound links, understanding how people use the terminal interface, reading optional visitor notes about what brought people here, and maintaining performance.

Retention

Analytics events are designed to be retained for a limited period configured by the site owner, defaulting to 180 days. Production storage is expected to enforce that retention through the analytics cleanup path.

Public analytics

The public site activity page shows only rounded, aggregate external traffic. It does not expose raw events, recent sessions, exact timestamps, visitor notes, owner traffic, CSV export, or city/state/location rows until enough visits exist to avoid singling out a visitor.

Your choices

The tracker does not run when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. You can also opt this browser out directly. This choice is stored locally in your browser.
